Job Description

  • Implement all tasks of Recruitment including planning, post jobs, interviewing, etc. for all positions of the company.
  • Implement the probation appraisal and the annual evaluation of employee’s performance
  • Join to build up the KPI, HR policies, HR survey

Job Requirements

  • BA degree of human resources management; law or relevant qualification
  • Good knowledge and skills in recruitment, training, and appraisal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good social and cultural knowledge, good communication skill
  • Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
  • Computer: Microsoft offices, Email, Social networks, Job networks

Working time: Can start asap

  • Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Work on 2 Saturdays/month (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
