JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, etc.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Write and post information to Social networks
  • 03 full-time positions available

WORKING TIME: Can start asap, work in shifts (the staff is working at the office - shift 1 in 2-month probation, more detail will be discussed in the interview):

  • Shift 1: 8:00am - 5:30pm (work at office)
  • Shift 2: 5:00pm - 11:00pm (work at home)
  • Shift 3: 2:00am - 7:00am (work at home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • No working experience required
  • Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • Logical thinking ability
  • Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
